Student Welfare Committee


       Student Welfare Committee of the Institution acts as a link among the Students, Teaching Faculty, Non-Teaching Faculty and Administration. One out going Student from each Programme and the College Students Union Cabinet Members partake in the Meetings conducted periodically along with the Dean-Student Endeavours, Principal and the Administration. This committee deals with the issues, suggestions, recommendations of academic and nonacademic matters of the students represented by its members. This committee pacify all the members of the Institution towards a wholesome development of the Students.

Student Counselling Forum              Register


       Student Counselling Forum provides a platform for the students to promote the well-being of the Students in all aspects. It develops the personality of the Students by reviving in them a potential towards self-esteem, self-awareness, self-confidence and self-progress by clearly addressing and rectifying their personal, academic, social, psychological, health and financial issues. This forum organizes awareness programmes and conducts counselling confidentially for the needy.
       Each Department gives counselling to the students at times of need, record the details and collects feedback from the students through the prescribed format. Students can login to the Student Corner of the college website to book their slot for personal counselling.

Functions
  • To tackle the problems of students regarding personal, health, financial and educational aspects by guiding and counselling them to concentrate on their studies.
  • Students who misbehave will be directed to the counselling forum to be counseled.
  • Students who booked their slot for personal counselling through online are directed to meet the counsellor at the appointed time.

Integrity Monitoring Committee


The Integrity Monitoring Committee strives
  • To ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct Principles by the Students, Teachers and Non-Teaching Faculty.
  • To make the Students, Teachers and Non-Teaching Faculty responsible and accountable for their conduct inside the College campus.
  • To bring about appropriate amendments in the Code of Conduct Principles based on the requirement.
       The Institution has a prescribed Code of Conduct Principles which are provided in the College Handbook and the College Website. The Integrity Monitoring Committee is responsible for monitoring the strict adherence to the Code of Conduct Principles.
       The Discipline Committee, functioning as a part of the Integrity Monitoring Committee assists in implementing the Code of Conduct Principles among the students. In case of any violation, necessary actions are taken through the Enquiry Committee of the Institution.
       The Teachers’ adherence to the Code of Conduct Principles and their performance in teaching and evaluation are monitored through the respective Heads of the Departments. Observance of the Code of Conduct Principles by the Non-Teaching Faculty is monitored through the Office Superintendent. If any discrepancy arises, the Integrity Monitoring Committee resolves the issue in consultation with the Management.
       Whenever there is a need for a change in the rules and regulations, the Integrity Monitoring Committee takes steps for making amendments in the Code of Conduct Principles, with the consent of the higher authorities. The Integrity Monitoring Committee meets once in every semester to discuss the matters related to the Code of Conduct Principles.
       The Integrity Monitoring Committee comprises a Chairperson, a Coordinator and 7 Members.
