The Managing Board of V.V.Vanniaperumal Pengal Kalloori Pazhaiya Maanaviyar Sangam consists of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer and 15 Executive Members. They are elected by the Life Members of Pazhaiya Maanaviyar Sangam in the Annual General Meeting. The tenure of the Board Members is two years. V.V.Vanniaperumal Pengal Kalloori Pazhaiya Maanaviyar Sangam functions effectively under the guidance of efficient office bearers with the Principal as its ex-officio Secretary. As per the Memorandum of Association, a Annual General Meeting and four Board Meetings are conducted every year.

Alumnae Day Celebration
       Alumnae Day is celebrated every year on the last Saturday of December and a distinguished alumna is honoured as the chief guest.

Candle Lighting Ceremony
       The auspicious Candle Lighting Ceremony is organised by the Alumnae Association every year for the outgoing students on their last working day, to inspire them in spreading the light of knowledge and the spirit of erudition to the society.

Felicitation Party for the retiring staff
       The Association organises Felicitation Parties for the staff working in our college at the time of their retirement.

Contributions of alumnae
       The alumnae extend their financial support generously for the development of the college. The funds are generated from the alumnae as endowments at the department level and are utilized for the benefit of the students in the respective Departments. During the Diamond Jubilee celebration, the V.V.Vanniaperumal Pengal Kalloori Pazhaya Maanaviyar Sangam had raised three lakhs and had enabled the construction of a rest room for the physically disabled. They also donate essentials like fans, solar panels, laboratory equipment, classroom aids, pointers, books, saplings, typewriters and hearing aid. The prominent alumnae are also invited to deliver Motivational Talks to the students. The alumnae offer career guidance and handle coaching classes for Competitive Examinations.

Extension Service
       V.V.Vanniaperumal Pengal Kalloori Pazhaya Maanaviyar Sangam extends its service to the society by donating saplings to the adopted villages every year and organis veterinary camps. It also collaborates with the Support Forums in organizing Blood Donation Camp every year.
