Tutor-Ward System

Objectives
        Our college has a well organised Tutor-Ward system for the welfare of the students. The main objective of Tutor-Ward system is to provide psychological care to the students regarding their Curricular,Co-Curricular and Extracurricular activities.This practice serves as an effective means to know the requirements of the students and analyse their performance and progression. This system helps students to strengthen their mental well-being.
Functions

• Each teaching staff is assigned with the group of students as her wards.
• The ward can approach her tutor any time and share her problems with her.
• The tutor maintains the profile of her wards regarding all the activities.
• The formal Tutor ward meeting takes place once a month , on wednesdays after class hours.
• The tutors guide and comfort their students with suggestions and solutions and facilitate them with motivation and encouragement.
