Physical Education

        Physical Education is meaningful and worthwhile experience obtained through participation in activities that are physically wholesome, mentally stimulating and socially sound. The aim of physical education is to provide facilities and opportunities of participation in physical activities through which the fullest development of man is attained.

Objectives

• To optimize physical development,growth and fitness.
• To create awareness on the importance of exercise to prevent chronic diseases.
• To learn new games and their rules and thereby build team spirit, friendliness co-operation and adjustments necessary for social life.
